Job Description

Prepare and present monthly Plant MIS reports
to support management decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
to collect, clean, validate, and consolidate data for accurate and timely reporting.
Develop, maintain, and enhance Excel-based dashboards, MIS reports, and KPI trackers.
Analyze operational and business data
to identify trends, gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Extract, validate, and reconcile data
using Excel and SQL from databases and SAP systems.
Monitor and track key plant performance metrics
, including production output, rejection and rework rates, downtime, manpower productivity, raw material inventory, logistics inventory, utilities, and plant expenses.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
across all reports and dashboards.
Provide ad-hoc analysis, management presentations, and customized reports
to support business requirements.
Prepare capacity planning and manpower planning analyses
, and provide recommendations based on historical and current data.

10. Take action item follow up, coordinate with stakeholders, and maintain closer tracker to ensure timely completion
