Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Junior MIS Executive

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Automate reports and dashboards using
Google Sheets and App Script
.
Collect, validate, and analyse data from different departments for management review.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple reports.
Support process improvements through automation and data management.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather requirements and provide timely updates.
Maintain historical data and track performance trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of
Microsoft Excel
(advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts, etc.).
Working knowledge of
Google App Script
for automation.
Good understanding of data validation and reporting processes.
Attention to detail and strong analytical mindset.
Stable employment record with a minimum of 27 years of relevant experience.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Candidate with previous experience in MIS, Data Management, or Reporting roles.
Self-motivated and reliable with a proactive approach.
Should not be overqualified or from a senior management level.
