MIS-Executive

Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive for our Malda Plant to handle data management, reporting, and analysis. The candidate must have strong Excel skills and the ability to generate accurate MIS reports to support plant operations and management decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, update, and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
• Collect and analyze operational and financial data from different departments.
• Generate dashboards and performance trackers using MS Excel.
• Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Support management in data-driven decision-making.
• Coordinate with plant and accounts teams for timely reporting.
• Assist in preparing presentations, summaries, and analysis reports.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.).
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Commerce/Science/Management or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in MIS/Data Management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
