Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Executive with at least 1 year of experience to join our team in Nagpur. The candidate will be responsible for managing data, preparing reports, and supporting business operations by ensuring accurate and timely information management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and manage data from multiple sources to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Maintain and update databases, dashboards, and trackers as per business requirements.
• Generate performance, sales, and operational reports for management review.
• Identify trends, variances, and gaps in data to provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate with different departments (Sales, Operations, HR, Finance, etc.) for data gathering and reporting.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports.
• Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Excel formulas, macros, or BI tools (if applicable).
• Assist in data audits and ensure data confidentiality and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in MIS/Data Analysis/Reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Conditional Formatting, etc.).
• Knowledge of MS Access/SQL/Power BI will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on skills & experience).Why Join Us?
