Position Overview

MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, organize, and maintain business data across Excel, Google Sheets, and other platforms.
• Develop and apply advanced formulas such as

  VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, QUERY, IMPORTRANGE, Nested IF, and Logical Functions

  .
• Implement

  Conditional Formatting

  and data validation to improve readability and accuracy of reports.
• Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and data summaries for management decision-making.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and timely updates across all databases.
• Automate repetitive tasks and reporting processes using

  Google Apps Script

  (preferred).

Skills Required:

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets

  (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, QUERY, IMPORTRANGE, Nested IF, Logical Functions, Conditional Formatting, Pivot Tables, Data Validation).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of

  Google Apps Script

  is a plus.
• Ability to work with large datasets, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Excellent communication skills to present data insights clearly to management.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in data management, MIS reporting, or similar role.
• Exposure to automation tools, scripts, or basic coding.
• Experience in handling reporting for sales, operations, or finance teams.
