MIS Executive

About the Role:

MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain
daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
for ORM performance metrics.
Collect and compile data from social media, review platforms, and ORM dashboards.
Analyze trends and provide insights on sentiment, response time, and brand mentions.
Coordinate with the ORM team to ensure accurate data input and timely updates.
Maintain client trackers, response logs, and escalation reports.
Assist in creating
performance presentations and dashboards
for internal and client reporting.
Support the ORM leads in automation or process improvement of reporting tasks.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong command of
MS Excel
(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, Conditional Formatting).
Familiarity with
social media and review platforms
(Google My Business, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
Good understanding of
data accuracy and reporting processes
.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Basic knowledge of
Power BI / Google Data Studio
will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelors degree in
Commerce, Mass Media, Marketing, or related field
.
