Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, compile, and maintain examination-related data in the MIS system.
Generate timely and accurate reports on exam schedules, results, attendance, and other key metrics.
Support in designing and implementing digital solutions for examination management.
Coordinate with IT and Examination teams for automation, database updates, and report customization.
Assist in preparing result analysis, grading, and statistical reports for accreditation and audits.
Ensure data accuracy, security, and confidentiality in line with institutional policies.
Monitor examination timelines and provide MIS support to streamline exam-related workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to exam data, student records, or report generation.
Support internal and external audit requirements with accurate MIS reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science / IT / Statistics / Management or related field.
3–5 years of experience in MIS, preferably in academic or examination settings.
Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced), MS Access, and reporting tools.
Experience with ERP/Examination management software (desirable).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage large datasets with accuracy and confidentiality.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
