Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage comprehensive MIS reports and dashboards for data-driven decision-making. Analyze business data to provide actionable insights and optimize operational efficiency. Ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of data across multiple platforms. Collaborate with various departments to understand reporting needs and improve data flow automation . Utilize Excel (Advanced), SQL, Power BI, and ERP systems to generate insights and forecasts. Drive automation initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and reduce manual efforts. Identify trends, monitor KPIs, and provide strategic recommendations to management. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. Expertise in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, Data Visualization) . Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and ERP systems is highly preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
