International Telesales Caller B2B Sales Join Qutone , a leader in the global tile industry, and be part of an ambitious team driving international sales success. About the Role: As an International Telesales Caller (B2B Sales) , you will work closely with our International Regional Export Managers , gaining hands-on experience in the entire sales cycle . This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to global sales strategies , engage with international clients, and play a key role in lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management . Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and connect with potential international buyers through cold calling, emails, and digital outreach . Client Engagement & Sales Pitching – Introduce Qutone’s premium tile solutions, present compelling value propositions, and build strong relationships with B2B clients. Handling Inquiries & Objections – Address client queries, provide detailed product information, and negotiate pricing effectively. Follow-ups & Conversion – Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture leads and drive successful closures. Sales Coordination – Work alongside International Sales Managers to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. CRM & Reporting – Keep accurate records of calls, sales progress, and client interactions in CRM systems. What We’re Looking For: Excellent Communication Skills – Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus). Proactive & Target-Driven Mindset – Passion for achieving sales goals and exceeding targets. Strong Negotiation & Persuasion Abilities – Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively. Organizational & Multitasking Skills – Efficiently manage multiple clients and sales activities. Attention to Detail – Accuracy in maintaining client data and follow-up schedules. Tech-Savvy – Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales automation tools. B2B Sales or Telesales Experience – Prior experience in international sales/export/telesales is preferred.
