Job Summary

The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting data to support decision-making across the organization. This role involves developing and maintaining MIS reports, ensuring data accuracy, and providing actionable insights to management for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain MIS reports as per business requirements.
• Collect, analyze, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for various departments and management.
• Identify trends, variances, and process gaps through data analysis.
• Create dashboards, charts, and graphs for easy data interpretation.
• Coordinate with different teams to gather required information for reports.
• Ensure timely and error-free reporting to meet deadlines.
• Maintain and improve database systems for storing and retrieving data efficiently.
• Provide support in data automation and process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) will be an added advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
• Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of SQL or database management (preferred but not mandatory).

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Statistics, IT, or related field.
• Fresher or 1 year of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Experience in handling corporate reporting and data analytics preferred.

• Accuracy of reports generated.
• Timeliness of data submission.
• Quality of insights and recommendations provided.
• Efficiency in data management and automation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
