Position Overview : The ideal candidate is skilled in Advanced Excel, adept at managing large datasets, and experienced in handling both analytical and transactional tasks to drive actionable insights and operational efficiency. What Youll Do Maintain and update employee records, resource allocation, and other HR-related data in Excel/HRIS systems. D evelop and automate HR dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools . Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company policies. Utilize Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and HRMS software to enhance data-driven decision-making. Work closely with HR Stakeholders and team to support them on Data related requirements. Youre Good At Paying strong attention to detail and ensuring high-quality outputs. Working efficiently under tight timelines and meeting deadlines. Taking end-to-end ownership of responsibilities and deliverables. Looking for candidates with min 2+ years experience and excellent communication and advance excel skills.
