MIS Executive Job

About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to operations, sales, and performance metrics 2. Use advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Charts, etc.) to analyze large datasets 3. Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency 4. Collaborate with different departments (HR, Operations, Sales, etc.) to gather and organize data 5. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting 6. Generate performance dashboards and business insights 7. Support management in decision-making with relevant data and trend analysis Requirements: 1. Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA, BCA preferred) 2. 1-2 years of experience in MIS or reporting role (freshers with strong Excel skills may apply) 3. Proficient in MS Excel, especially in VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF conditions, Charts 4. Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Word, and PowerPoint 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 6. Good communication and organizational abilities 7. Attention to detail and data accuracy Preferred (Good to Have): 1. Knowledge of Excel Macros or Power Query 2. Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems 3.
