Job Description


  • Collect, compile, and analyze data from various customer service channels (calls, chats, emails, CRM, etc.).
  • Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for the management team.
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards to track KPIs such as AHT, CSAT, NPS, FCR, SLA adherence, and agent productivity.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to provide insights on call volumes, ticket trends.
  • Support workforce management in forecasting and scheduling.
  • Maintain historical data and ensure data integrity across all reports.

Candidature

  • Graduate in any field.
  • Proficient in MS office (Excel/ PowerPoint etc)
  • Minimum experience of 2-4 years as MIS executive.
  • Should be comfortable with working on extensive data and using excels (pivot/ vlook up) to
  • deliver reports as per expected timelines.
  • Should have good verbal and written communication skills
