MIS Executive

Role Purpose

To act as the single source of truth for data, systems, and internal tech workflows, ensuring accurate MIS reporting, AI-assisted productivity, and smooth functioning of software, hardware, and network systems across the organization.

This role demands meticulousness, honesty, high work ethic, and problem-solving ability.

Core Responsibilities MIS & Data Management

• Prepare, maintain, and audit:
• Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS
• Sales, Leads, Order Status, Payments, Productivity reports
• Ensure:
• Source validation (CRM, ERP, call logs, attendance logs)
• Version control and data traceability
• Maintain clean master databases

Advanced MS Excel & Automation

• Strong command over:
• Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookups, Logical formulas
• Basic VBA / Macros / Excel Scripts (manual or AI-assisted)
• Use ChatGPT effectively to:
• Generate formulas, macros, scripts
• Debug Excel issues
• Improve report structures and automation
• Reduce manual work through smart automation

CRM, ERP & Campaign Tools

• Hands-on working knowledge of:
• Zoho CRM (leads, pipelines, follow-ups, reports)
• Zoho Campaigns (data sync, reporting support)
• SAP Business One (preferred – sales, inventory, reporting)
• Ensure data consistency between:
• CRM ↔ ERP ↔ MIS sheets

Systems & Process Building

• Design and maintain:
• Reporting formats
• Data entry SOPs
• Naming conventions & folder structures
• Ensure system compliance by users
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or duplication in systems

Hardware, LAN & Attendance Systems

• Working knowledge of:
• Desktop/Laptop hardware basics
• LAN, routers, switches, basic network troubleshooting
• Biometric / RFID attendance systems
• Coordinate with vendors for:
• Repairs, upgrades, installations
• Maintain:
• Asset records
• Access controls and backups

Tech Problem Solving & Support

• First-level support for:
• Software issues (Excel, CRM, ERP access)
• Hardware/network connectivity issues
• Logical troubleshooting before escalation
• Document recurring issues and permanent fixes

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years experience in MIS / Systems / Operations Support
• Exposure to manufacturing, sales-driven, or ERP-based environments
• Enjoys building systems, automation, and structured processes
• Comfortable acting as the data + tech backbone of the organisation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
