Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and analyzing data to support business decision-making, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring the smooth flow of information across departments. Key Responsibilities: Collect, analyze, and report data to meet management requirements. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Excel, Power BI, or other BI tools. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in internal databases and systems. Automate reports and develop tools to improve data reporting efficiency. Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to stakeholders. Coordinate with various departments to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights. Support decision-making through real-time and ad-hoc data analysis. Identify and resolve any discrepancies in reports. Maintain proper documentation and data backup protocols. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, IT, Computer Science, or related field. 1-4 years of relevant experience in MIS or Data Reporting roles. Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.). Working knowledge of SQL and Power BI / Tableau is a plus. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Strong communication and coordination abilities. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
