MIS Executive - Female

Role Overview: You will be responsible for data entry and managing the warehouse management system/ERP software. Your role will also involve maintaining and updating inventory records, assisting with inventory tracking, generating reports on inventory levels, and performing data audits to ensure accuracy. Additionally, you will collaborate with warehouse staff to verify data by cross-referencing existing records. Key Responsibilities: - Entering data & managing warehouse management system/ERP software - Maintaining and updating inventory records, including quantities, descriptions, and locations - Assisting with tracking and reconciling inventory discrepancies - Generating reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and other warehouse metrics - Performing regular audits of data to ensure accuracy and completeness - Collaborating with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely data entry - Verifying data by cross-referencing existing physical and digital records Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in data entry and inventory management - Proficiency in using warehouse management software/ERP systems - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and collaboration skills Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and provident fund.
