MIS Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience to manage and optimize our data systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data management, report generation, data analysis, automation using tools like Google Apps Script and JavaScript, and overall system/database support. This role requires a high level of proficiency in Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and DBMS, with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and business impact.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain data in various formats and systems ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Develop, update, and maintain automated dashboards and reports in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Perform regular data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights for business decision-making.
• Automate recurring reporting tasks using Google Apps Script, JavaScript, or other relevant tools.
• Handle database queries, updates, and data extractions using DBMS tools and techniques.
• Support internal teams with system-level troubleshooting and issue resolution related to data/reporting tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement data/reporting solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and implement data validation checks across reporting processes.
• Document processes, systems, and scripts for knowledge sharing and future reference.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in MIS or a similar data management/reporting role.
• Expertise in Advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros, etc.).
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Apps Script development.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript for scripting and automation.
• Good understanding of DBMS (Database Management Systems) and ability to write SQL queries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Experience with data visualization tools like Google Data Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
