About the Opportunity

Join one of India’s fastest-growing consumer durable brands in a high-impact role that blends data analytics, business reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. As an MIS Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in empowering the Sales Team with actionable insights and performance intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain advanced Excel dashboards, trackers, and automated reports
Analyse sales and operational data to identify performance gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities
Collaborate with the Sales Team to translate data insights into strategic actions
Prepare compelling presentations and reports using MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
Manage shared documentation and workflows via OneDrive and SharePoint
Ensure timely and accurate generation of daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
Support internal audits and compliance through structured documentation and version control
Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities across reporting systems

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
Preferred: Degree or certification in Data Science, Business Analytics, or MIS
1-2 years of experience in MIS, data reporting, or sales analytics roles
