Role Summary:
You’ll handle coordination, follow-ups, and documentation and support the sales team to keep the process running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordination with sales, clients and internal teams
* Lead assignment and follow-ups
* Preparing quotations and agreements
* Updating CRM
* MIS reporting
* Scheduling meetings and demos
* Payment follow-ups
* Handling basic client queries
Skills Needed:
* Strong communication
* Advanced Excel—Vlookup, Hlookup, tenure, countif, pivot table
* CRM knowledge
* Multi-tasking
* Attention to detail
