MIS Assistant Executive

As an Executive MIS Assistant at our manufacturing/corporate company located in Gandhidham, Gujarat, you will play a crucial role in preparing, maintaining, and updating Management Information System (MIS) reports on a regular basis. Your responsibilities will involve collecting data from various departments, ensuring its accuracy and completeness, and analyzing data trends to provide meaningful insights for management decision-making. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting the preparation of presentations, dashboards, and reports, as well as maintaining databases and filing systems for easy retrieval of information. Your role will also include assisting in data entry, record keeping, and documentation tasks, collaborating with different teams to gather information and resolve discrepancies, and ensuring the confidentiality and security of sensitive information. To excel in this role, you should possess a graduate degree with strong computer skills, along with at least 12 years of experience in the field (freshers are also encouraged to apply). Proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts, as well as a good understanding of MS Office, is essential. Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools, along with excellent communication and organizational skills, will be beneficial. Attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple tasks, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment are key attributes we are looking for in potential candidates.
