About Us:

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and present accurate
MIS reports
related to accounts, costing, and financial data.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports.
Analyze variances between budgeted and actual financial performance.
Coordinate with accounts, finance, and operations teams for data accuracy.
Provide insights to management for cost optimization and profitability improvements.
Manage reconciliation of accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Streamline reporting processes and automate MIS where possible.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors/Masters degree in
Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
.
6–8 years of experience in
Accounts & MIS reporting
.
Proficiency in
Excel, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools
.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
Experience in the
manufacturing/printing & packaging industry
will be an advantage.
