Our customized sessions cater to different mining roles such as Geologist, Mining Engineer, and Safety Officer. We help participants gain confidence, articulate their experiences, and receive actionable feedback from professionals in the mining sector. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Mining Expert, located in Latehar. The Mining Expert will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day mining operations, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and optimizing mining processes. Tasks include conducting geological surveys, analyzing mining data, collaborating with engineers and safety officers, and developing plans for efficient mine operation. The role involves continuous monitoring of mining activities, troubleshooting operational issues, and implementing best practices to enhance productivity. Qualifications Strong knowledge of geological surveying and data analysis techniques. Experience in mining operations and process optimization. Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in the mining industry. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work on-site in Latehar and adapt to challenging environments. Bachelor's degree in Geology, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
