Role Description

This is a remote role for a Mining Professional Candidate. The role involves participating in structured mock interview sessions, receiving feedback and performance insights, and preparing for real-world job interviews in the mining sector. The tasks include practicing commonly asked technical and behavioral questions and customizing responses for different mining roles such as Geologist, Mining Engineer, and Safety Officer.

Qualifications

• Understanding of industry-specific technical knowledge and behavioral questions
• Skills in articulating experiences and skills in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to receive and act on feedback to improve interview performance
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Experience or education in mining or related fields is a plus
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup
