Key Responsibilities:Mini CFO - CPA preferred Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and oversee financial strategies, forecasts, and budgets to ensure the company's financial stability and growth. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to senior management and stakeholders. Budget Management: Monitor and manage the company's budget, ensuring all financial targets are met and expenses are controlled. Accounting Oversight: Ensure all accounting activities comply with GAAP and other regulatory requirements. Oversee the preparation of financial statements and tax returns. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks to protect the company's assets and ensure compliance with all financial regulations.
