MIG Welder / Laser MIG Welder

We are looking for a skilled MIG Welder / Laser MIG Welder to join our sheet metal fabrication team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in MIG welding processes and should be able to work independently with high precision while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on Mild Steel (MS) and Stainless Steel (SS) components

• Operate and set up MIG and Laser MIG welding machines

• Adjust welding parameters such as current, voltage, and wire feed based on material thickness

• Ensure safe welding practices and follow quality standards

• Perform grinding, finishing, and fit-up work when required

• Understand basic fabrication and welding drawings

• Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth workflow

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–5 years of experience in MIG welding (MS/SS)

• Laser welding experience is an added advantage

• Knowledge of welding machine setup and parameter adjustment

• Experience in sheet metal fabrication

• Ability to work independently with attention to detail

• Strong focus on safety and quality

Qualification

• 10th / 12th Pass / ITI (Welder Trade preferred)

Salary

• ₹20,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
