Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

set up and operate MIG welding equipment safely and efficiently.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specifications.
Prepare metal components by cutting, cleaning, and aligning them for welding.
Perform MIG welding to join metal parts according to quality standards.
Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and adherence to specifications.
Maintain welding equipment and perform routine checks and maintenance.
Follow all safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Report defects, issues, or deviations in welding operations.
Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and goals.

Keep accurate records of welding tasks and materials used.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or welding certification preferred.
Proven experience with MIG welding (usually 1–3 years).
Knowledge of welding safety standards and practices.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Good hand-eye coordination and physical stamina.
Familiarity with welding inspection tools and measuring equipment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,399.14 - ₹20,565.08 per month
