Middleware Architect

As a technology solutions provider at Wipro Limited, your role involves bridging the gap between technology and business acumen to deliver successful client solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Facilitating communication between project and support teams by leveraging techno-functional expertise - Leading end-to-end processes for new business implementation projects - Assessing change requirements feasibility and providing optimal solutions within specified timelines - Offering techno-functional support for new business implementations - Collaborating on architectural design, coding, testing, and implementation with solutioning teams - Understanding and implementing functional and technical designs on the ERP system - Customizing, extending, modifying, localizing, or integrating products through coding, testing, and production - Translating business processes and requirements into ERP solutions - Writing code following developmental standards and determining implementation methodologies - Providing product support and maintenance for ERP solutions, resolving client queries and technical issues - Developing and deploying automation tools to optimize processes - Acting as a liaison between technical and functional project requirements, providing solutions and guidance - Supporting on-site managers with necessary details regarding changes and providing off-site assistance In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will also focus on skill enhancement and competency building by: - Clearing Wipro exams and internal certifications periodically - Participating in trainings, seminars, and knowledge enhancement activities - Writing papers, articles, case studies, and publishing them on the intranet Your performance will be evaluated based on contributions to customer projects, automation initiatives, and skill advancement. Mandatory skills for this role include expertise in WebSphere Admin, with the desired experience range being 8-10 years.
