Middle School Math Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Middle School Math Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will inspire students to develop a strong foundation in mathematics, foster analytical and problem-solving skills, and create a positive and engaging classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging math lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and grade-level standards.
• Design and implement lesson plans that promote critical thinking and conceptual understanding.
• Assess and evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and other formative and summative assessments.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them improve academically.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and behavior.
• Incorporate technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance the learning experience.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively and create a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents, colleagues, and administrators regarding student progress and classroom activities.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events.
• Support school policies and contribute to the overall growth and ethos of the institution.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics / Education (Master’s Degree preferred).
• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in middle school (Grades 6–8 preferred).
• Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with CBSE / ICSE / IGCSE curriculum (as applicable).
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to motivate students and use creative teaching strategies.
