Middle School Coordinator (Grades 6-8)

As a Middle School Coordinator at Shri Ramswaroop Memorial Public School, Faizabad Road, Anora Kala, Lucknow, you will be responsible for supervising academics and co-curricular activities for Grades 6-8. Your role will involve ensuring the timely completion of syllabus and effective lesson delivery, providing guidance and support to middle school teachers, organizing student enrichment programs, competitions, and events, communicating with parents to address academic and behavioral issues, maintaining discipline, and promoting school values among students. Additionally, you will conduct regular meetings to review academic progress. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise academics and co-curricular activities for Grades 6-8. - Ensure timely completion of syllabus and effective lesson delivery. - Provide guidance and support to middle school teachers. - Organize student enrichment programs, competitions, and events. - Communicate with parents to address academic and behavioral issues. - Maintain discipline and promote school values among students. - Conduct regular meetings to review academic progress. Qualifications Required: - Leadership and organizational abilities. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Understanding of middle school pedagogy and student needs. - Ability to manage and motivate teaching staff.
