We&aposre looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team, specializing in recruiting top IT talent for clients in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Middle East IT job market and be able to source, attract, and hire top IT professionals for various clients.

Responsibilities:????

- Source, attract, and hire top IT talent for clients in the Middle East

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates in the Middle East

- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks

- Negotiate salaries, benefits, and other employment terms

- Meet and exceed recruitment targets and deadlines

- Collaborate with the recruitment team to share best practices and improve processes

Requirements:????

- 2 to 4 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably with a focus on the Middle East market

- Strong understanding of the Middle East IT job market, including current trends and technologies

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:????

- Experience working with Middle East-based clients and candidates

- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in the Middle East

- Fluency in Arabic is an advantage

- Familiarity with IT recruitment tools and platforms
