Job Description

Responsibilities and Accountabilities - Interior Designing

Main responsibility includes initiating and inspecting design and production process
on-site co- ordination
Facilitate client meeting - Establishing needs aspirations, priorities, budget time frame deadlines.
Preparing project schedule / time line.
Undertake -
Data co-ordination, analysing space utilization
Preliminary Plans, Drawings and Documentation
Preparation of mood boards and material boards
Prepare Working Drawings, detail drawings presentation drawing
Prepare BOQ and specifications as per requirement of project

Coordinating with consultants and other outside services.

Managing periodic Field Inspections of Work in Progress, Client Consultations and Progress Reports

Common responsibilities

To mobilize the team to successful completion of the work.
Maintain communication links between the team and other related parties
Remain sensitive about maintaining the Company image and culture internally and externally
Use company resources in a responsible manner
Understand the importance of time and work efficiently on deadlines.
Engage in innovation and research using the Internet and other sources.
Update interior designing knowledge from periodicals and other subscriptions web related knowledge sources
