Mid-Level BI Analyst Tableau Developer + BI Support Analyst

You will be joining our global Business Intelligence team as a Tableau specialist. Your role will involve developing new dashboards and troubleshooting existing ones. Here's what you can expect to do on a daily basis: - Partner directly with global business stakeholders to understand requirements and build new enterprise dashboards from scratch - Rapidly prototype solutions in Tableau Desktop and publish them to Tableau Cloud for quick feedback loops - Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as performance tuning, data discrepancies, broken extracts, calculation errors, and connectivity problems - Enhance and refactor existing dashboards to improve speed, usability, and scalability - Conduct deep root cause analysis on recurring issues and implement permanent fixes - Respond to user tickets with clear, professional communication and ensure fast resolution - Occasionally be on rotational on-call duty for urgent production issues, which is generously compensated Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of full-time experience as a BI Analyst / BI Developer - 3+ years of expertise in Tableau Desktop including complex calculations, LODs, parameters, sets, dynamic zone visibility, dashboard actions, and performance optimization - 3+ years of experience in publishing, maintaining, and troubleshooting dashboards on Tableau Cloud, Tableau Server, or Tableau Online - Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server with the ability to write clean, efficient, high-performance queries including CTEs, window functions, query plan analysis, and indexing awareness - Proven track record in gathering requirements directly from business stakeholders and delivering production-ready dashboards promptly - Troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve issues like slow dashboards, data discrepancies, extract failures, and data not refreshing - Hands-on experience connecting Tableau to SAP Datasphere / SAP HANA, Salesforce, and other enterprise platforms Additional Experience Areas: - SAP Datasphere or SAP HANA modeling / calculation views - Hyperion Interactive Reporting - Quest Data Point/Toad Join us in this hands-on developer role within a stable, long-term team where you can excel in Tableau dashboard development and troubleshooting without the burden of Tableau Cloud site administration or infrastructure ownership.,
