Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mid Level/Senior Associate (Indirect Taxes) with 3-5 years of PQE. The associate will be responsible for advising clients on indirect tax matters, ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws, handling tax litigation, and preparing and reviewing client documents. The associate will also engage in research, tax planning strategies and collaborate with other team members on client assignments.

Qualifications

• Experience in Indirect Tax Litigation preferably in a law firm environment
• In-depth knowledge of GST/Customs Law
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Law
