Mid Level Associate (Indirect Tax)

Role Overview: You are being offered a full-time, on-site role as a Mid Level/Senior Associate (Indirect Taxes) with 3-5 years of PQE. Your main responsibilities will include advising clients on indirect tax matters, ensuring compliance with tax laws, handling tax litigation, and reviewing client documents. Additionally, you will be involved in research, tax planning strategies, and collaborating with team members on client assignments. Key Responsibilities: - Advising clients on indirect tax matters - Ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws - Handling tax litigation - Preparing and reviewing client documents - Conducting research and developing tax planning strategies - Collaborating with other team members on client assignments Qualification Required: - Experience in Indirect Tax Litigation, preferably in a law firm environment - In-depth knowledge of GST/Customs Law - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively - Bachelor's degree in Law Please note that the location for this role is Kochi, Kerala.
