Mid level Architecture

Role Overview: You are a highly skilled and experienced Senior BIM (Building Information Modeling) Technical Architect who will collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure the seamless integration of BIM into project workflows. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement BIM strategies, standards, and guidelines to streamline project workflows and ensure consistency in BIM processes across projects. - Lead and manage BIM teams on multiple projects, providing technical oversight, guidance, and support throughout the project lifecycle. - Create, maintain, and optimize BIM models using industry-standard software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks) to represent the project's architectural design and construction information. - Foster collaboration and coordination among multidisciplinary teams by facilitating BIM coordination meetings and resolving clashes and conflicts. - Provide training and mentorship to junior BIM professionals to enhance their BIM skills and knowledge. - Engage with clients to understand their BIM requirements and collaborate on the development of customized BIM deliverables and reports. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience in BIM modeling and project management with a successful project delivery track record. - Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience in International Projects.
