As a Senior BIM (Building Information Modeling) Technical Architect at BIM MODELING SERVICES INDIA PVT LTD, you will play a crucial role in integrating BIM into project workflows. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing BIM strategies, standards, and guidelines to streamline project workflows and ensure consistency across projects. - Leading and managing BIM teams on multiple projects, providing technical oversight, guidance, and support throughout the project lifecycle. - Creating, maintaining, and optimizing BIM models using industry-standard software like Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks to represent architectural design and construction information. - Fostering collaboration among multidisciplinary teams by facilitating BIM coordination meetings and resolving clashes and conflicts. - Providing training and mentorship to junior BIM professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Engaging with clients to understand their BIM requirements and collaborating on customized BIM deliverables and reports. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience in BIM modeling and project management with a successful project delivery track record. - Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience in International Projects.
