Job Description

The Applications Development Intermediate Programmer Analyst position is an intermediate level role where you will be responsible for participating in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. Your main objective will be to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities. With over 6 years of experience in MicroStrategy SDK development, you should also have expertise in Java, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS REST API, and MicroStrategy. You will be expected to develop schema objects such as Attributes, Facts, and Transformations, as well as create public objects like filter, prompts, and reports. Experience in document and dashboard development, working on intelligent cubes and cube reports, understanding MOLAP, ROLAP, OLAP concepts, and performance optimization in MSTR and UI technologies will be essential. Familiarity with CI/CD process and Agile development tools such as BitBucket, Git, uDeploy, and Lightspeed is required. Additionally, experience in MSTR iCube automation, knowledge of MSTR REST API and Library, understanding of DW concepts, and exposure to MSTR version upgrades will be beneficial. You should also be comfortable working with teams spread across different locations and time zones, as well as leading small to medium teams of BI developers. As a UI developer, you should possess skills in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS REST API, and have a basic understanding of MicroStrategy. Qualifications for this role include at least 6 years of relevant experience in MicroStrategy SDK, SQL, and Web SDK. You should consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and adapt to unexpected changes in expectations or requirements. A Bachelors degree or equivalent experience is required for this position. The role is full-time and falls under the Technology job family group within the Applications Development job family.
