MicroStrategy (MSTR) Offshore Consultant

As a MicroStrategy (MSTR) Offshore Consultant with 8+ years of experience, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining MicroStrategy solutions according to business requirements. Your role will involve managing metadata, optimizing data model configurations, and creating interactive dashboards. Additionally, you will collaborate with business users to address technical queries and provide necessary support. Your key responsibilities will include working with star schemas, slowly changing dimensions (SCDs), and hierarchical models to enhance reporting efficiency. You will configure VLDB settings for improved report performance and establish parent-child relationships between attributes. Moreover, you will develop and manage Documents and Dossiers for data visualization and reporting purposes. Monitoring and troubleshooting MSTR infrastructure issues, collaborating with business teams, and optimizing reports for faster execution will also be part of your duties. The ideal candidate for this role should possess at least 8 years of hands-on experience in MicroStrategy development and administration. Strong expertise in data modeling, familiarity with VLDB settings, and experience in performance tuning are essential requirements. Retail industry experience and exposure to Power BI are considered advantageous for this position.
