Microsoft-System Center Configuration Manager/SCCM-Application Systems Integration Senior Specialist

As a Technical Services Specialist, you will be responsible for providing a full range of technical services for technologies such as Servers, Microsoft SCCM, and Intune within the infrastructure realm. Your duties will include setting up, configuring systems, implementing security measures, analyzing system traffic, and providing capacity planning information. Additionally, you will assist with system solutions, monitor and respond to Server issues, manage daily operations activities, and interface with vendor support service groups during outages or degraded system performance. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Microsoft SCCM and Intune environments including servers, site systems, and client devices - Create and deploy software application packages to target devices - Build and deploy operating system images to client devices using custom task sequences - Manage device drivers and implement patch management strategies - Create reports and analyze data for SCCM and Intune environment - Stay updated with the latest features and best practices of SCCM and Intune - Mentor other team members and participate in project planning - Develop automated solutions to enhance clients" IT environment - Provide expertise in technical support for daily business functions and make recommendations for improvement - Keep management informed of IT system issues and provide 24-hour support as required - Provide feedback to Vendors Product Management and Engineering teams - Stay informed about competitive solutions, products, and services - Maintain departmental policies and procedures, quality assurance programs, safety, and compliance standards - Enhance professional growth and development through educational programs and in-service meetings Qualifications Required: - Experience in managing Microsoft SCCM and Intune environments - Proficiency in creating and deploying software application packages and operating system images - Strong knowledge of patch management strategies and compliance monitoring - Ability to analyze data and identify potential issues in SCCM and Intune environment - Excellent communication and mentoring skills - Prior experience in providing technical support and project planning - Familiarity with automation solutions and system enhancement techniques - Commitment to maintaining quality standards and adhering to departmental procedures,
