Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SharePoint Trainee to join our SharePoint team. The role involves learning and supporting the development, configuration, and maintenance of SharePoint solutions for clients and internal teams. This position is ideal for recent graduates or entry-level professionals aspiring to build a career in Microsoft SharePoint development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, development, and configuration of SharePoint Online and On-premise solutions.
• Support in creating and managing SharePoint sites, document libraries, lists, and permissions.
• Participate in migration projects from legacy systems or file shares to SharePoint Online.
• Learn to develop and customize solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and SPFx (SharePoint Framework).
• Help resolve SharePoint-related technical issues and assist end users.
• Work with senior team members to analyze business requirements and document technical specifications.
• Conduct testing, validation, and deployment support for SharePoint solutions.
• Maintain and update internal documentation on configuration, support, and operational processes.
• Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online features and updates.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Basic understanding of Microsoft SharePoint (Online / On-Premise) and Office 365 ecosystem.
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic scripting (PowerShell preferred).
• Good knowledge in analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Sound knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts.
• Knowledge of developing Web and Client/Server applications based on Microsoft .NET technologies.
• Proficiency in:
  • ASP.NET, C#, MVC, ADO.NET, Entity Framework, LINQ, SOAP, Web Services, IIS, XML, XSLT
  • HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery
  • Database: SQL Server

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Microsoft 365 or SharePoint-related certification (if any) will be an added advantage.
