Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Power Apps Development

    : Design, develop, and deploy custom business applications using

    Microsoft Power Apps

    . Build both canvas apps and model-driven apps to automate and improve business processes.
  • Power Automate (Flow)

    : Create, maintain, and optimize

    Power Automate

    workflows to automate business processes, integrate applications, and streamline data flows across various systems (e.g., SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Office 365).
  • Power BI

    : Design and develop

    Power BI

    reports and dashboards to transform raw data into actionable insights. Work with business teams to understand requirements and deliver interactive and visually appealing reports.
  • Power Virtual Agents

    : Build

    chatbots

    using

    Power Virtual Agents

    to automate customer service or internal processes, ensuring seamless integration with other Microsoft services.
  • Data Integration

    : Integrate data from different sources (e.g.,

    SharePoint

    ,

    SQL Server

    ,

    Azure

    ,

    Dynamics 365

    ,

    Third-party APIs

    ) into

    Power Platform

    applications and workflows.
  • Custom Connectors

    : Develop and maintain custom connectors for integrating external systems with

    Power Platform

    applications.
  • Security & Governance

    : Implement appropriate

    security and compliance

    measures, including role-based access control (RBAC) and data protection policies.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

    : Work closely with business users, project managers, and other IT teams to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Deployment & Maintenance

    : Manage the deployment process of

    Power Platform

    applications, ensuring that solutions are deployed effectively across development, staging, and production environments. Provide ongoing support, monitoring, and troubleshooting of applications and workflows.
  • Documentation & Training

    : Create detailed technical documentation, user guides, and best practices for Power Platform solutions. Provide end-user training and support as needed to ensure adoption.
  • Continuous Improvement

    : Stay updated on the latest features and capabilities of

    Microsoft Power Platform

    and identify opportunities to apply them to improve business processes and drive innovation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2-5 years

    of experience in

    Microsoft Power Platform

    development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).
  • Strong knowledge of

    Power Apps

    (canvas and model-driven apps), including custom forms, connectors, and app publishing.
  • Experience with

    Power Automate

    (Flow) for designing and automating workflows and process integrations.
  • Solid understanding of

    Power BI

    report building, including data modeling, creating custom visuals, and Power Query.
  • Experience with

    Power Virtual Agents

    for building chatbots and integrating them with other services (e.g., Power Automate, Dynamics 365).
  • Familiarity with

    Microsoft Dataverse

    (Common Data Service) and integrating it with Power Platform applications.
  • Experience integrating Power Platform with other Microsoft 365 tools, including

    SharePoint

    ,

    Teams

    ,

    Outlook

    ,

    OneDrive

    , and

    Dynamics 365

  • Knowledge of

    Azure

    services and integrating Power Platform solutions with Azure Logic Apps, Functions, and other cloud services.
  • Experience with

  • Proficiency in

    JavaScript

    HTML/CSS

    for customizing Power Apps and embedding custom controls.
  • Strong understanding of

    security

    and

    compliance standards

    in Power Platform solutions, including data loss prevention (DLP) policies and environment governance.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and translate business requirements into effective solutions.
