Role & responsibilities 1. Visualisation and Reporting: Create interactive dashboards and visually appealing reports using Power BI. Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable information. Collaborate with stakeholders to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical aspects. 2. Business Intelligence Services: Leverage Power BI to provide business intelligence services. Surface Power BI reports that collect meaningful business insights. Preferred candidate profile Skills and Qualifications: 1. Power BI Expertise: Proficiency in using Microsoft Power BI for data visualization and reporting. Ability to create interactive dashboards and reports. 2. Technical Skills: Excel: Familiarity with Excel for data manipulation and analysis. VBA (Visual Basic for Applications): Experience in writing VBA scripts for Excel automation. SQL: SQL skills for data querying and manipulation. 3. Additional Tools and Platforms: Business Objects: Understanding of SAP Business Objects for reporting and analytics. Avaya: Familiarity with Avaya communication systems. NICE: Knowledge of NICE systems for contact centre solutions.
