Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Power App Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps and the Power Platform. This role requires a deep understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, and related technologies to create efficient and scalable solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Application Development:

Design and develop custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
Integrate Power Apps with various data sources such as SharePoint, SQL Server, and other APIs.

Automation and Workflows:

Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate.
Optimize and troubleshoot existing workflows for performance and reliability.

Create and maintain data models and connections within Power Apps.
Ensure data integrity and security across all applications.

Collaboration:

Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Collaborate with other developers and IT team members to ensure seamless integration and functionality.

User Support and Training:

Provide support and training to end-users on Power Apps solutions.
Create and maintain documentation for applications and processes.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with the latest features and best practices of the Power Platform.
Recommend and implement improvements to enhance application performance and user experience.

Qualifications:

Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in developing applications with Microsoft Power Apps and the Power Platform.
- Proven experience with Power Automate and integrating Power Apps with various data sources.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of Power Apps development, including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
- Proficiency in using Power Automate to create and manage workflows.
- Familiarity with Dataverse (Common Data Service) and data modeling.
- Experience with SharePoint, SQL Server, and other data sources.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate or other relevant certifications.
Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
Familiarity with Azure services and integrations.
Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation.
