Role & responsibilities

Experience in Microsoft Exchange Sustained Engineering and Testing
Deploy and configure Exchange servers.
In depth understanding of Architecture of Microsoft Exchange.
Experience in Troubleshooting Exchange issues.
Exchange integrations with SFB.
Setup exchange hybrid topology and Deployments
ADFS
TCP/IP, DNS and N/W configuration.
SIP stack understanding
PSTN configuration.
Client sign-in process &Authentication.
ADFS / SAML / Modern Auth/ MFA
E2E Testing-Understanding Manual functional testing process & configuration needed for E2E testing and sign-off procedure.
VSO Test suite for tests creation and reporting.
Understand Online Rings for production roll outs and testing.
Understand various Device test scenarios, PSTN scenarios, Voice mail scenarios and Microsoft supported device cases.
Microsoft 365 Hybrid
Overview on M365 Hybrid concepts.
Azure Active Directory configuration, Troubleshooting.
Configuration and migration steps of On-prem to M365 (cloud).
Azure & Hyper-V
Train on Azure Deployments
Azure RGs, Azure Compute, Azure DNS, Azure NLBs, Azure NW, Azure Blobs, Azure snapshots, Azure RM templates.
Deploy and configure Hyper-V machines.
