Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant

Experience: 6 to 9.5 years

Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design and Development: Design and develop solutions using Microsoft

Dynamics CRM to meet business requirements.

• Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure Dynamics CRM

components, including entities, forms, workflows, and plugins.

• Integration: Integrate Dynamics CRM with other systems and applications using various

integration tools and techniques.

• Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics CRM

implementations.

• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design

specifications, test plans, and user guides.

• Collaboration: Work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and other

stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills:

• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including

customization, configuration, and development.

• Programming Languages: Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and other relevant

programming languages.

• Integration Tools: Experience with integration tools such as SSIS, Scribe, or

KingswaySoft.

• Database Management: Knowledge of SQL Server and database management.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications are a plus.
• Experience: Prior experience working in a consulting environment is preferred.
• Project Management: Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
