Job Description: As a Consultant/Assistant Manager/Manager at our organization, you will be responsible for leveraging your 4.5 to 12 years of experience in MS Dynamics CE Technical and Power Platform to contribute to the success of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customization and configuration, with a focus on 2 end-to-end implementations and integrations. You will be based in Pune and participate in a face-to-face interview on the 14th of June 2025. About the Job: With a minimum of 5 years of MS CRM experience, you will demonstrate expertise in at least two Dynamics 365 CRM modules such as Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service. Your proficiency in the Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power Portals/Pages, will be highly valued. Your responsibilities will include working with Plugins, Workflows, JavaScript, Customizations, and Configurations, as well as designing CRM forms and views, creating relationships within entities, and ensuring security roles and business rules are well-defined. Your client responsibilities: - Collaborate with client teams to understand business requirements and translate them into solutions - Design next-generation digital architectures for CRM engagements - Participate in application design sessions and provide solution recommendations - Deeply understand integration and data migration methods/tools within D365 CRM - Develop CRM applications using .Net Plugins/ASP.Net extensions - Ensure that designs align with business requirements and work cooperatively in a team environment Your people responsibilities: - Foster teamwork, lead by example, and build a quality culture - Provide training and mentorship to project resources - Participate in organization-wide people initiatives Skills required: - Proficiency in D365 CE and hands-on development experience in writing plugins - Knowledge of Power Platform components such as PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power Portals - Experience with large transformation programs in onshore-offshore delivery models - Client-facing engagement experience and expertise in integrations - Familiarity with Azure, data migration, ETL, and SSIS - Ability to write Jscript, Workflows, actions, power automate, plugins, and reports (SSRS, Power BI) - Experience in product configuration and customization including writing JScript, developing/registering plug-ins, workflows, and dialogs - Exposure to SDK, importing data, and CRM Deployment manager Certifications: - Any Microsoft certifications are considered a plus in this role.,
