Job Description

Dynamics 365 (D365) Technical Lead Hybrid PAN India Description: We are seeking a senior Dynamics 365 (D365) Technical Lead who will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of D365 solutions, including environment management, code change coordination, and integration management. They also need a basic understanding of various D365 modules and relevant experience in a life science contract development manufacturing (CDMO) organization. Key Responsibilities: Environment Management - Oversee and maintain D365 environments, ensuring proper configuration and functionality. Code Change Coordination - Manage and coordinate code changes within the D365 system, ensuring version control and minimizing disruptions. Integration Management - Design, implement, and maintain integrations between D365 and other systems, ensuring data flow and accuracy. Technical Leadership - Provide guidance and support to the technical team, ensuring they have the resources and knowledge they need to succeed. Specific Skills and Knowledge: D365 Architecture and Configuration - Strong understanding of D365 architecture, data models, and configuration options. Minimum Experience Overall technical / technology experience of 10 - 12 years with a minimum of 5- 7 years managing D365 environments. Development Technologies - Familiarity with development languages and technologies used in D365, such as C#, X++, and JavaScript. Integration Technologies - Experience with various integration technologies, such as APIs, webhooks, and message queues. Version Control: - Proficiency in using version control systems, such as Git. Problem-Solving and Communication - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively. Good to have: D365 functional knowledge / understanding - Possess a basic understanding of various D365 modules, such as Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, and Supply Chain Management. Life Science CDMO Experience - Have experience working in a life science CDMO environment, understanding the specific requirements and challenges of this industry.
