Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) Developer with a strong background in Dynamics CRM (on-premises) and proven experience working within or for the financial services sector (e.g., banking). This role requires a hands-on developer who can work both independently and within a team, and who is comfortable communicating directly with clients to understand requirements and demonstrate delivered functionality.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, customize, and implement Dynamics 365 CE/CRM on-prem solutions
• Configure and extend CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) using C#, JavaScript, Power Automate, Plugins, Workflows, and Custom APIs
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, translate, and document requirements
• Participate in the full development lifecycle including design, estimation, development, testing, deployment, and support
• Produce clean, scalable, and well-documented code
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring where necessary
• Work directly with clients to gather feedback, conduct demos, and ensure solutions meet business needs

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / D365 CE, particularly on-premises
• Experience working within or for financial institutions, preferably banks
• Proven ability to design and implement end-to-end CRM solutions
• Strong knowledge of CRM SDK, Plugin development, Custom Workflows, JavaScript, and Power Platform tools
• Demonstrated experience delivering and discussing technical solutions with client-facing stakeholders
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Ability to clearly articulate and present past work, including features or modules developed
• Experience with source control (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git) and Agile delivery methodologies
