Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer & Administrator Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Mid-Level (3+ Years) About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer & Administrator to join our IT team. This role requires hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the platform is optimized for performance, integrates seamlessly with other systems, and supports business needs effectively. Key Responsibilities: Development & Customization: Design, develop, and implement customizations, extensions, and integrations in D365 using X++, C#, and Power Platform tools. System Administration: Configure and manage D365 environments, including security roles, workflows, and overall system settings. Data Management: Handle data migration and integration tasks while troubleshooting issues to maintain data integrity and seamless operations. Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of D365 environments to ensure reliability and responsiveness. Technical Support & Maintenance: Provide day-to-day technical support, address user queries, and resolve system-related issues efficiently. Documentation & Training: Create detailed technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials for internal stakeholders. Collaboration & Deployment: Work closely with internal IT teams and external implementation partners for code reviews, testing, and deployment planning. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and administration. Strong knowledge of D365 architecture, customization options, and integration techniques. Proficiency in related technologies such as Azure, SQL Server, Power Platform, and Power BI. Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a strong advantage. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
