Job Description

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant (Sales Module) U.S. Onsite Opportunity Key Skill & Responsibilities: * Lead the implementation and customization of the Dynamics 365 Sales module for enterprise clients. * Conduct client workshops to gather requirements and map them to Dynamics capabilities. * Customize entities, forms, business process flows (BPF), workflows, and plug-ins. * Configure advanced sales features including lead management, opportunity tracking, sales forecasting, and reporting. * Integrate Dynamics CRM with third-party tools and internal systems as required. * Provide technical guidance, documentation, and post-deployment support. * Proven experience working on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Sales Module with high-level customizations. * Proficiency in JavaScript, Power Automate, custom workflows, and plug-in development. * Experience with CRM integrations, APIs, and solution deployment. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. * Excellent communication and client interaction skills. * Must hold a valid U.S. visa (H1B, L1, B1/B2 with stamping, etc.).
